Moving Files |
To move files, use the same procedure as copying files, except click the "Move To" button instead of the "Copy To" button. When the move is complete, you will be taken to the destination directory and you will see the moved files there. Next to each file/folder in the "Action" column (third column from the file/folder name) is a "Rename" link. Click the link next to the file or folder you wish to rename.
First, type in the new file name. If a file already exists by that name, click the checkbox if you want to overwrite that file.
The steps for deleting a directory (folder) are the same as the steps for deleting a file. Please note that deleting a directory also erases everything inside of it. First, place a check next to the file(s) or folder(s) you wish to delete. Then, click the "Delete" button at the bottom-right of the table. A popup will appear asking "Are you sure you want to delete these files?" Click "OK." |

Navigation was focused on providing users with what they are looking for, rapidly. Thanks to the new site, online applications are now accepted to the Series and both members and the general public can register online through an Events Calendar system, saving time and paper! Visitors can make secure online donations to the Series. A custom built content management system (CMS) lets Vesta Roy Series members add/edit/delete information as needed. This increased functionality empowers them to view applications, track donations, monitor event registrations, and add member logins.
